My Story

I didn’t always feel like myself.

Like so many women, I spent years holding everything together on the outside while quietly struggling underneath. Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion became part of my normal, even when I didn’t fully understand what was happening.

Then life changed everything.

In 2007, my younger brother, my best friend, was killed in a motorbike accident. The grief, the guilt, and the weight of what followed pulled me into a place I can only describe as darkness. I tried to cope, to carry on, but I lost myself along the way.

For a long time, I didn’t know how to come back.

Finding my way back

Years later, I was introduced to personal development. Not in a polished or perfect way, but in a real, gradual way. Books, therapy, learning, and slowly beginning to understand myself.

I started to see that the way I thought, the way I responded, and the patterns I carried all had an impact on how I experienced life.

But it wasn’t until I discovered journaling, after losing my mum in 2018, that something truly shifted.

That’s when things began to make sense.

Awareness changed everything

Journaling helped me see what I hadn’t been able to see before.

My thoughts.
My emotions.
My patterns.

Not to fix them, but to understand them.

And from that awareness, everything began to change.

I became calmer.
Stronger.
More grounded in myself.

Not perfect, but aware. And that changed how I moved through life.

What I do now

Today, I help people come back to themselves, gently.

Through journaling, mindset work, and grounded support, I create spaces where you can slow down, understand what’s really going on for you, and take small, meaningful steps forward.

I don’t fix people.

I guide, support, and hold space, so you can reconnect with yourself and take ownership of your own change.

If you’re here

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or a bit lost in it all…

You’re not broken.
You’re just disconnected from yourself.

And that can change

Brightest Blessings
